Outstanding wine. Minerally and saline. Excellent seafood wine. Not cheap, but shows what Carricante can do on the east slopes of Mt. Etna!!

What I really love about this wine is how it provides depth and freshness with great drinkability. No real oak. No butter. No crazy guava or tropical nonsense.
