Definitely needed some air to open up fully, but now it has cedar and warm spice and some red cherry fruit. Nice mellow tannins too.

Secondary aromas right from the time it was opened. Savory notes included tomatoes on vine, tobacco and leather. Compared it with a 2016 and the difference was immediately obvious both on the color as well as the nose
