Not bad at all. #riberadelduero typicity and less oak chips and oak flavors than it’s Roble brother. Very drinkable. — 2 years ago
I agree with a few others that have mentioned it’s roughness, it seems like the tannins are a little coarse. Lovely aromas with a perfume of #cabernet and #tempranillo for some reason on the palate it seemed more like a Rioja than a #riberadelduero — 3 years ago
Excellent #riberadelduero — 3 years ago
Somewhat shy dark bramble fruit on nose, faint peppery spice and dark roast coffee on nose. Notable tension, spicy mid-palate with leather, tobacco and quite firm tannins on the finish that build with each sip. Next day some slightly raisin and prune notes were evident suggestion this #tempranillo from #riberadelduero might be at peak or perhaps wasn’t stored properly before we received it as a gift. — 3 years ago
Best #inexpensive #riberadelduero I’ve tried them all blind and not blind and with friends and bang for the buck this is the best. — 5 years ago

Unfortunately, it was totally oxidated, which is weird but these wines from the 1990s don’t seem to have the longevity of the wines from the 1960s or even 1970s. This bottle in particular was always kept on its side in cool dark basements not totally temperature controlled, but in no way you should have suffered or had a problem and the cork was perfectly fine when extracted so it seems to me like the cork was a good quality cork. #premox #vegasicilia #riberadelduero — 13 days ago
Black cherry, lavender, leather, blackberry, grilled meat nose. Dried violet resonance. Rich palate explodes with blackberry, black cherry, blueberry and smoke, tobacco, cedar, graphite and cinnamon, cedar, resin, and licorice.

Very smooth very nice. The best red of this winery for me. Balanced. #riberadelduero — 3 years ago

It has a lot of dark chocolate notes. It’s sort of like drinking a coulant with boysenberries. #riberadelduero — 4 years ago
Another solid value from #spain #riberadelduero — 5 years ago
I don’t understand what all the fuss is about? This wine has received crazy good scores from critics and while it’s clean and expressive, the tannins are dry and the wine isn’t ready (don’t know if it ever will be) for consumption now. It says 95% #tempranillo and 5% #Albillo I think it has some Cabernet and I don’t really understand why put the albillo, it hasn’t done anything to this wine in the way of floral aromas or lightness. This wine is 15% alc. and the warming feeling on the finish is out of balance with the body and the fruit concentration of the wine #riberadelduerowine #riberadelduero — 6 years ago
A bit shy black and purple fruit aromas on this #riberadelduero. Medium plus body on palate; prominent acidity up front on palate, chewier tannins on the finish but with that tartness just so food friendly for ~$13, excellent QPR. #costcowines — 2 years ago
For me personally a little bit too much vainilla and toffee and slightly tannic, slightly chewy tannins. Still elegant and a good representation of #riberadelduero — 3 years ago
One of the best #riberadelduero — 3 years ago
Nice #riberadelduero #tempranillo #qpr — 3 years ago
Black and red fruit, some leather notes on nose on this #riberadelduero. Silken mouthfeel, dark chocolate, coffee, black fruit on palate swirling with glitzy acidity. Lovely wine with superb QPR at Costco.

Yes. #riberadelduero on ice. Just chilling a little because we’re at the beach. Never heard of this wine before, obviously some bottled by/for but quite enjoyable. Deep ruby color, subtle aromas of ripe black fruit (plum, cherry and blackberry) little or no oak present in the aromas. On the palate medium+ body, balanced concentration of fruit and structure and acidity. Fine grained smooth tannins and medium finish. Not bad at all. — 5 years ago
