Served slightly cooler, meaning the nose and palate are a touch compressed. Lacking the typical viscosity and texture this wine normally delivers. Finished slightly tart. This didn’t quite make the waterline for me. From magnum.

Ripe Apple and pear. Jasmine, Asian spice, toast and honey. M+ acid, m body, buttered toast, almonds. Long finish. This is a beautiful wine and a great example of the definition of "complex".

Not a bad 700th wine ;) beautifully balanced. Superb mouthfeel. Still on the youthful side. Gentle and composed. Lingering flavours.
