Pepper, moscado, cocoa, mocha, tobacco and roasted bread with a hint of ripe (sureau). Medium-bodied. Dry, sticks a little on the palate.

Tô curtindo esses vinhos gregos. Cor clara, muito seco no gosto, mas um cheiro floral/refrescante muito interessante. Corpo do vinho bem desenvolvido. Vale.

First time trying Xinomavro from Naoussa, aka “the Bartolo of Greece.” Juicy dark fruit & sweet spice aromas are so inviting. High tannins, but it’s relatively lean w/ sour cherry, herbaceous flavors w/ a hint of leather. Highly recommended.
