California Cabernet Sauvignon

Young Cali Cab Sav. Nose at open, Maraschino cherries with layer or cigar box cedar sting. First taste BIG red berry front, followed by sage next car on the flavour train, white pepper, oak barrel char followed up by a caboose of eucalyptus burn.
The wine needs 40 minutes of breathing @ temp of 18C. After this it lengthens and balances better. The front remains very juicy with Raspberry cough drop sweetness, flowing into green pepper corns, Cohiba cigar smoke and medium length finish. Cheers🍷

Another blind taste... was somewhat accurate. Still... the 2011 Cannonball prior to this threw me off.

I hope this isn’t the company’s bread and butter though...

Yeah, I mean, it goes together but it’s not the greatest bread or the greatest butter... it’s just good.

Nice cab , blackberries flavor and semi-dry

This is SO delicious. Smokey juicy cherries with a lick of liquorice. Warming, delicious on its own, or with any food ever. Another top class wine from Bread and Butter.

Very tasty, strong toasted oak with cocoa notes. Some peppery bite.

Rich and thick, berries and smoke. Nice for a glass but bit heavy for drinking more

Plum, cherry, vanilla, oak. Sweet upfront, smooth finish.

Buttery smooth when it hits your mouth and ends like a warm towel wrapped around you after a shower.
