I've only tried one other British-made wine. Quite tasty! Tart apple cider notes make it off-dry. Nice champagne alternative with our first festive December meal of pork loin and polenta with lingonberry sauce 🎄

Very light sparkling. Pear, apples, honey. Acid is there but lighter than you might expect. Short, but pleasing finish.

Nice nose, sweet on the front with some great acidity mid palate, with a nice grapefruit sour finish. Surprising!

2012 vintage. No rating at this time due to what I was eating when opened. Seemed to pick up intensity on the nose and entry palette over 2 hours. Distinct tart apple finish. Will rate on bottle 2 of 3.
