Mountain Nebbiolo from ARPEPE. Love these wines, not released until they are ready to drink. Roses an potpourri on the nose. Red and black fruit with tannins and acid on the palate. Yum.

Truly great wine. Curry spice (which one? All of them), thorny fruit, mellow edges. A near perfect Nebbiolo. Wine three from the Valtellina tasting.

2010. And yes, this is now Valtellina consumption in the USA. After my experiences in Italy, I just can't be in ultra happy mode without the Ar.Pe.Pe.
