Wow pretty florals. Red fruits (cherry raspberry) cedar sandalwood, tannins are nice from front to back with a nice smooth finish!

Much more brick brown color than I was expecting. Definitely some raisins, tons of herbs, flowers, much fresher and light fruits than I was expecting from color and nose. Unbelievable with bolognese. The herbs and tannin work great with the fat and tomatoes in the sauce.
