Ruby with garnet secondary hues. Rim variation and extraction. Dried cherry and sweet, red fruit on the nose with notes of baking spices, anise, molasses, tar, cigar smoke, and leather. Delicate truffle and vegetal notes. Tart, vibrant notes and strong tannins on the palate. An elegant pairing for a rich meal.

Pale garnet. Nose: med + intensity, well ripe to baked red fruit (cherry, plum), floral, slight mineral. Toast and clove. Leather, mushroom, wet and dried leaves, meaty. Palate: dry, high acidity, med + to full body, high alcohol, high/pronounced tannins. Long finish.

So young of a wine, but in perfect state. A faint powdery floral notes on the nose and a tight pucker on the tongue. This will go great for the dry wine lovers.
