Bright cherry, medium body, nice acidity. A simple wine that sings with simple food... bucatini, fried artichoke, veal in lemon sauce on a warm night in Rome. Until California can produce at this level and price, we'll remain a liquor/beer culture.

Good. But a has a high acidity, with a medium / high tannins. Rated 90 plus by the shelfperts I gave it about 85. Must be decanters for about an hour. Nice nose.
