Embruix Priorat Grenache Blend

Vintage 2019 | classic smell, eucalyptus, cassis. 27 Grenache, 26 Merlot, 21 Syrah, 18 Carignan, 8 Cab Sauvignon.

Fruitbom, eerste vergelijk met Ripasso of Amarone. Eerste slokken erg lekker, daarna wat strak en de tannines komen wat sterker naar voren.

Excellent wine with steak tartare. A bit dry but very flavorful

End of vacation…….with Helvoirtse Entrecote

NOSE: dense, fleshy stone fruit. Black raspberry, blackberry. Minerals.

TASTE: smooth milk chocolate and blackberry. A little paprika. Honey. Charcoal. Balanced and silky. This is very good. 92.
