Once it opened up, she wasn't so tight lipped. Could use a few more years. Really good bones.

Mar 16th, 2017A fine blend tasting of dark cherries, fine woods, and spices. Has a nice dark floral nose worth appreciating. Paired well with fettuccine, especially after opening for a half hour.
