Red fruit, chalk, acid and oak combine with lingering tannins. Enjoyable after an hour and a half of decanting, excited to try one last glass tomorrow to see how this develops even more

2005. Astonishing development thru 2 hours drinking. Heavy toasted oak n blueberry jam n hint of violet led me think of Chilean or Ribeira drl douro. Later tannin comes I assured that it is an old world. Then shut down. Cabernet nose comes at the end. The first haut medoc changes radically that I enjoyed so much. Must be the vintage. Buy.
