Aged in french oak and cement (50%) tanks for 12 months.

What you'd expect. Tar, black fruit, some medicinal notes. Fruit isn't overly jammy. Good.

Needs an hour, but develops into nice raspberry notes, and a nicely priced Syrah blend.

Excellent drinkability. Fresh but dense at the same time. Juicy black plum, parsley, light cassia. Only issue is the finish drops off a bit.
