1966 vintage. Medium mahogany hue. Deep apricot and honey notes, toffee and butterscotch. Burned fruit pieces. On the palate, medium plus acidity, medium plus concentration with a long, albeit simple finish. Not the most complex Yquem I have had. But enjoyable nonetheless.

Dec 2nd, 2015I'm 30, this wine is 48! Can't believe it was still good. The cork pushed through into the bottle. Was pretty sure there was no way it would still be good at that point. Everyone agreed it was amazing. Had a wild and pungent aroma and super fruity taste. Cheers!
