What a screaming value! Still very young and for the price you can’t beat it. I should have cases of this

Nose has full fruit flavors. Tasting tip: decant and wait! This wine has a light to medium feel. Fruit flavors are mild with blackberry and an earthy texture. Tannins are a little heavy (than expected). Finish has a mild to medium bite. Although it is balanced well, flavors are less pronounced than expected, especially from a reputable winery such as this.

2009 vintage. Classic left bank Bordeaux in a great ripe vintage. Drinking very well, but no hurry to drink this. Lanessan has always been very reliable, and it is getting better in recent vintages. Very good value too.

Medium bodied very smooth finishes like it never even happened, delightful. Tart like black currant

Dry, sturdy, fruit in the background and nice balancing acidity, just nothing to set it apart.. I think it just needs more time in bottle.

Wow, just WOW! Might not have the precision of the greats, but this way, way, way, way, etc...over delivers

Silly and forward with ripe and persistent fruit that seems to take hours before drying out and revealing any terroir.

From a magnum, and ready to go. Nicely aged, decanted for a couple of hours, on the lighter side and went well with Chinese food.
