1990, This lovely Pauilliac is showing beautifully after 25 years!
Tasted double blind and guessed perfectly (with a bit of luck) ;-).
The wine has a red - terra cotta color, a lovely nose, full of bell peppers, herbs, leather, current, cherry, dry leaves, coffee and much more, the body is full, powerful, rich and complex, with well integrated soft tannins. The wine is balanced and the finish is long and delicious. A great wine. My score 91, drink to 2022.

Loved it. Black currants, chocolate truffles, and cassis. Full mouth feel but refined.

Decanted for 20 minutes then back in the bottle for 24 hours. Started out very tannic but settled down. Blackberry, boysenberry, currants and a hint of coffee. Not bad, but not my favorite Lynch Bages. Drink it now.

This wine was opulent, elegant, and simply spectacular. Milk chocolate, black cherries, and cassis. If you are lucky enough to have a bottle, you are in for a treat.

Great birth year wine. Started off strong but soon faded.

Really bright. Lovely cherry fruit. Gorgeous internal aromatics. Sweet finish. Wow. Lingering hint of licorice.
