Chateau Ste. Michelle
Columbia Valley Chardonnay
Founded in 1934, Chateau Ste. Michelle is the oldest winery in Washington with some of the most mature vineyards in the Columbia Valley. Was able to get another taste. Aromas of stone fruits, oak and spices. On the palate Apple and pear flavors with sweet toasty notes. Not overly complex this wine carries the fruit flavors to the finish with bright acidity on a medium ending.

Apr 10th, 2020A rare foray into Chardonnay country for me: but this one is crisp like a tart apple with a bit of an acidic flat finish. Not bad at all!

May 16th, 2019For the price, this wine is fine. A more straightforward Chardonnay with no malolactic hints and medium acidity. Petrol and lemon peel with a bit of glycerin and medium mouthfeel.
