My bottle possibly was corked, given the other positive ratings. There was a lot of oak in my bottle, so much as to be overwhelming. Just unpleasant bad wine.

Lots of fruit, I tasted pears, raisin, and maybe pineapple. It has an interesting finish that is a little gravelly, and maybe a bit smoky. This was much better than I expected for $13.
