✔️ 테크니컬 시트에서 마시기 한 시간 전에 오픈하는걸 추천해서 그렇게 했는데, 코 끝의 향은 풍부하게 피어올랐지만 입 안에서는 덜 풀렸어요! 한 시간~한 시간 반 지났을 때 점차 열리는게 느껴져서, 최소 두 시간 이상 브리딩 추천

2015. 9.1-9.2. Slight disappointment from my favorite non-riserva a Brunello label. Young and tight - took 4 hours to open up - but expected more pop and complexity from such a great maker. $50-53 locally.
