The Clos Pegase label features Pegasus, painted circa 1890 by the French artist Redon. This painting is winery owner Jan Shrem's favorite work. Sunshine straw yellow with complex aromas of tropical and tart stone fruits. On the palate pear, melon and lemon zest flavors, gentle spiced smoky oak and lively acidity. Well balanced medium finish ending with mineral notes.
