Spanish Cava is a very budget friendly bubbly and uses the same "Champagne method" as that notorious region in France. I have enjoyed many of the Cordorniu sparklers over the years but ran into this Blanc De Blancs, which is the very first of this style for me! Lemon,lime, apples, crushed rocks, floral, delicate, and mild biscuits. Rating considers QPR! I wonder if Champagne prices are ever going to decline! 🤔

Mineral and bit floral with a hint of tea on the nose, a very slight hint of citrus and very mineral even chalky on the palate which is expected in a white blend sparkling but not my favorite cava.

Anna Codorníu Blanc De Blancs. 70% Chardonnay / 15% Parellada / 7.5% Xarel•o / 7.5% Macabeu. Just got a tiny bottle to celebrate getting to a certain point in school after all my exams were completed before the holidays. Kind of floral and fruity on the nose, soft and fruity taste, I liked the description like an “underripe red plum.” Also getting notes of grape fruit and a hint of lime. Refreshing, would go great with sushi!

Finde de cavas, el segundo después del Pinot Noir de ayer, este me ha sabido a poco, sin nada a destacar, un cava normal pienso que por debajo de Anna normal.

Cordeniu that we would say was corde....no. Aftertaste that wasn't great and while the opening was ok, it was overshadowed. The white bottle...why?

Un buon cava , dall'ottima qualità prezzo .
Bollicina abbastanza fine . Al naso crosta di pane, brioche e frutta tropicale .. In bocca buona acidità . Abbastanza persistente
