Plum colored. Nice rose petals and baby oil with a hint of herbs nose. Flavors are chunky, full and fruity. Hint of pipe tobacco. Craisins and molasses meet berry jams. It’s a decent little affordable Paso Cab. The herbs & savory prune notes make it hold together and keep things interesting.

In Houston and out of lower level wines so I stopped at Kroger and picked this up for $14. Bought this because we stop in Livermore for dinner on our way to Napa. I was disappointed that the wine was from Paso because while in Livermore I saw a sign that said “Livermore makes wine, Napa makes auto parts”. Pleasant wine at this price point. Would buy again.
