Fantastic Barolo from this awesome producer. Age is noticeable yet fruit is very much evident. Wonderful play between fruit and tertiary flavors.

Ringing in the New Year with a beautiful wine. Earth and funk, spices and vanilla, yet maintaining the fruit. Strong acid and well integrated tannins. Grand Showing!

Lovely and rich, dark red berries, nice hint of wood, a bit of mushroom and truffle, aged very well, opened nicely and broadly, better and better all night.

Great botolo, a great mouth feel, rich ed drug and a ton of vibrant fruit. Finish was a bit leather.

Just enough age to get some of the secondaries on the nose. Wonderful bottle...with my Barolo risotto would have shown as well 🍚

A little muted with dinner, but a bottle opened the next morning was more generous, with deep tar and licorice notes supporting elegant black cherry aromas
