Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Strawberry, olive, vanilla, oak.

Drank the 2022 vintage on Aug 2024. DELICIOUS L! Best Cab I’ve had in quite awhile - fruit forward but smooth and jammy finish without too much tannin. Delightful!

Color - crimson red. Full bodied, ripe black berry with fine grained tannins. Paired with Picanha, Fraldinha Pork Chop and Ribeye Steak! At Fogo De Chao in Philly.

Very easy drinking. Round and balanced. No acid to speak of. Red fruit. Nothing exceptional.

Decent intensity, but flavor profile feels a bit manipulated.

2022 vintage was a huge disappointment. Poured it down the drain after the first couple of sips. Not the worst I’ve tried, but…

Solid, easy drinking Cabernet. Not too chunky, or jammy on the palette. Doesn’t dry your mouth out either, pleasant finish.

A little sweet, a little spice, better than some, but not as good as many many others.
