A very Burgundian Champagne, full of ripe yellow fruit, ripe apple, butterscotch. Either breadth & depth, balancing the ripeness & creaminess with zesty acidity and spicy minerality. Good depth & very fine mousse with lingering tiny bubbles.
More a wine than a bubbly, and a very fine & elegant one, too.
