Very exuberant and fruity

Fresh red apple, mineral, fruit forward aromas. Med p body, high acid, med p intensity, sour cherry, strawberries, hint of bitterness on end but mostly fruit forward. Med finish with fresh red fruit aromas. Simple, tight bubles, Drunk as apprentif.
