Gentle wild strawberry and limestone. Really delicate and fragrant and delicious. So pretty and poised. I’d guess this is at peak

From 750. Some dried edges. Wood and hints of sherry with fresh stone fruit and salinity. Good- if a touch advanced.

A great bottle! The outstanding 96 vintage is showing great evolution and complexity, while retaining excellent focus and precision on the palate. In a great place with plenty of life left in a well stored bottle.

A gorgeous bottle. Resolved with soft edges and delicious secondary notes but still vibrant and balanced. Really complete and delicious and a a great example of perfectly agreed champagne.

Delicious. Soft and open. Lots of secondary flavors but still fresh with a good mousse. Good length too, but not as thrilling as some bottles I’ve had. This one on the start of the downslope but a gorgeous wine.

Pretty crummy photo but this is 96 dom perignon. A beautiful example of this house, the vintage and a well stored wine. Fine bubbles with lots of persistence. Still young. Always delicious. What a wine!

Soft and delicious. Gorgeous balance with lemon, brioche, subtle minerality. Mature but still fresh with real sweetness.

This was one of the better bottles of wine I’ve had in a while... Unreal layers of complexity, bright floral notes, and toasty brioche flavors. The acid, structure, and weight were seamless.

Pale light gold color. Tight nose at first but opens up with air. Rich in the mouth with steady acidity and great mouth feel. Gives a nice impactful finish. A better sample of this than many previous bottles I’ve tried. Really good tonight.
