Medium lemon straw colour . This is quite discreet on the nose at first with a bruised apple , yellow plum , lightly floral character , with some honied , waxy notes . On the palate this is quite round and viscous in texture but with good balance and saline hints , peach , yellow plum , bitter lemon pith notes . Good balance and decent grip, slightly waxy peach finish of good length. This seems quite young still , I would imagine will age well over the next 5 to 8 years .
