Barnyard funk on the nose, mushroom, grass, limestone & spicy tannins #chinon

2012 vintage. Very fine. A lovely lush palate with underlying Classic Chinon notes.

Dirty bird.

Balanced, without overly gritty tannins. A touch too much brett, but integrated in a rustic feel

First time drinking Baudry’s Old Vine Cab Franc. Did not disappoint, rich and flavorful.

Very old school. Funk. Dry tannins. Dried red fruits. Must have with food. My favorite wine style but a bit too far into the funky zone.

Beautiful, light underripe summer berries, mushroomy earth, brooding and explosive on the nose.

Nice balance- definitely drinking it too young. Nice fruit and got a good bit of funk in the trunk

Funky as always!

Fruit is buried deep. Uncharacteristicly for Baudry. I would not recommend opening this vintage now. Needs more time unmask the goods.
