A wonderful great value sparkler. Contains 68% Chardonnay, 12% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunière. Light golden straw with complex aromas of stone fruits and spice. Lively bubbles on light mousse, medium bodied, apple and pear on the palate, lemon citrus with vanilla notes on nice acidity, well balanced ending with toasty mineral notes. Nice.

Medium gold; medium intensity aromas of honeysuckle, tart green apple, green pear, ripe yellow apple, lime peel, ripe white peach, brioche; dry, medium plus acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavors of green apricot, green apple, lime peel, unripe peach, medium minus finish; wine is good rather than very good because high level of acid overpowers the underripe fruit flavors, ripe aromas don’t match underripe flavors, flavors dissipate pretty quickly

A nice subtle sparkling white ✨ doesn’t run hot or have an extra long finish. Dare I say it’s more refreshing than a Champagne but more flavourful than a Prosecco. Opened it to celebrate an Easter miracle.

Fruity in all the right ways! The light effervescence keeps you sipping all afternoon.

When I drink this I think of casual gatherings with friends in the heat of the Texas summer: backyards, patios, string lights, Bocce ball, etc.
