Jul 4th, 2021Takes a short while to open up. When it does it is smooth and silky in texture. Plenty of fruit, notably strawberries. Mid weight and elegant, served cool it went with a variety of French dishes at Buvette in New York's West Village.

Jul 29th, 2018Vintage 2015 - I bought some bottles after tasting this #fleurie at a tasting. It has a fenomenal strawberrie smell, very velvety taste and gives instant pleasure! Partnered it with gamba’s in tomatosauce, excellent.

Deep and dark, rich and jammy. This is a rare treat like truffle pizza or watching a marathon of your favorite movie series (Rush Hour, Die Hard, Fast & The Furious, The Godfather, take your pick).
Cornucopia of fruits, but I really love the noir licorice and plum notes right at the end. Harmonize with spice and acidity and you’ve got a winner. Class and drinkability.
