2009. Mint, eucalyptus, cedar dust, dried raspberry, orange peel, pomegranate, and sage. Showing some brick tinges but no flavor deterioration. Cinnamon, cedar and dried maduro, savory, cranberry and dusty raspberry, roobios tea, cracked pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and a tiny bit of blistered pepper.
Intense and silky; shifting strata of immense complexity.

Rather light in structure, forest floor, will be the perfect turkey wine

Gorgeous. Just a beautiful wine. Elegant and layered with roses, wild red cherries and raspberry, exotic spices and just a hint of cassis. The finish is long and seductive. 🔥

Not sure what to make out of this. Very closed nose with a lot of stems and black pepper. Fairly unyielding for a while. Fruit started to emerge with decanting but never really got there. Quite shut down. Great structure and acid though. Long finish.

Dominated with mint and spice. Assuming lots of whole cluster here. Fruit emerging after an hour decant. Great structure and acid but closed at this point.
