Outstanding showing. Wet earth. Wetter pottery. Freshness and gras.

Some mandarin orange, key lime, and melon. Vanilla and lily flower too. Broad and a touch ripe though some really good minerals and interesting bitterness on the finish. Aromas exponential with time.

Broad, creamy with salted blossoms, this spreads out on the palate like a fan. Joyous. Minerals for days. Yeasty, juicy, saline and savory. Hits the spot exactly.

2020 vintage. Medium body. Pleasantly oily without being unctuous. Oodles of stone fruit and citrus with that anticipated and desired mineral underbelly. Finishes lighter and cleaner on the end palate than the experience thru the start, then mid-palate. Butcher’s prep. Mostly lean but just enough fat to stick with this cut consistently. In a word-revelatory. 4.10.24.
