Sweet and light, fruity and full of flavour.
Best lightly chilled. Was over chilled - second glass was better.
Also better on its own in order to fully appreciate the flavour - not with food.

Such a lovely Chablis, we had to order another bottle. Fruity with very little acid, definitive flavours but still delicate.
