Domaine Dujac
Clos Saint-Denis Grand Cru Pinot Noir
The power and finesse hand in hand. The tannins and elevage are well integrated and what is left is pure red/black fruits, forest floor and truffles. Still on the young side. Mid way between primary and secondary flavors. Very fine wine.

Nov 13th, 2018Started with very subtle fruit and tight tannins surprisingly. After 30 minutes in the decanter the fruit was booming, the tanins settled and it was drinking perfect. Having with a dry aged porterhouse. Yes, burgundy with steak, it’s a thing.
