on the nose: cedar, some baking spices, little cigar box, black pepper, barely ripe cherries, tiny bits of earth animal, black pepper, custard.
on the palate: really nice sour cherry with some earth, stone, and a little animal and wood at the end. nice savory/tangy finish.
