Les Vaudevey Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Classic aromas of peach, pear, minerality, steely, and white flowers. On the bud, it’s has a nice body and acidity. Apple and a bit of nuttiness.

Classic minerality with apple, pear, and citrus notes. The slightest tartness with a nice creamy texture.

Softer, with a denser mouthfeel than their St. Martin Chablis.

While the usual minerality and citrus crispness is here, this Chablis is well rounded with ripe pear and red apple notes. Devine.

A lot of closed acidic flavours at first, I took a while for the vanilla, oak and butter to come through — at Jumeirah Al Naseem
