Perfect! boar, venison, game, smoked ham would be matching well this wine. forest floor, leathery, black fruit, deep, intense, beautifully integrated alcohol, body with mellow tannins, velvety mouthfeel followed with a lingering long finish. Gosh it is well made and awesome!! soon on the list for sure

Wow quel nez... The aromas hit strong - full of oak and currant but not overcompensating. Fantastic depth and acidity - makes for a great Vacqueyras.
