Grenouilles Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay

Very flowery and exotic. Very good wine but missing the acidity, minerality and dryness of a true grand cru chablis. Too full bodied, could it be that the grapes were overripe ?

So clear and precise. Flinty, chalky minerality, tropical fruit, tart apple, lees and great acid. So clean, yet full and round.

This wine is amazing! So focused. Subtle but expressive at the same time. Lemon, apple, crushed oyster shells, fresh flowers and mouthwatering acidity.

Drinks more like a very good corton than a chablis. Wine is round and very smooth but I miss the chalk, the acidity and minerality of a chablis.

2010 = boom! Frog Chablis tastes chalky awesome!

Clear, fresh and wonderful play of aromas. Not missing the oak at all.
