Strawberry marmalade, a hint of oxidization, the colour of a negroni...balanced and delicious, but we are wanting more complexity on the finish. Still, fascinating, and great with food, particularly wild mushrooms. 🍄🍄🍄🍷🍷🍷💯👌🏼
