Vin de Pays de l'Ardèche Syrah

Fresh black fruit with loads of savoury notes. Really well done

Zinny, my 15 yr. old rescue, says this wine is nice, but overrated. Nose is Szechuan peppercorn, grapefruit rind, granite, spicy dark berry skin, wispy smoke. Crisp and refreshing in the mouth. Not a lot of concentration or length. Good accompaniment to Szechuan chicken, though.

Nice lighter bodied juice, but did not pop.

Intensivt syrliga vildhallon, björnbär, örtigt, lite peppar. Jordig mineral, djup komplexitet. Väldigt långt avslut.

Earthy, briny, vibrant, and delicious.
