Domaine Vincent Paris
Granit 30 Cornas Syrah
Tasted it blind and it wasn't as super N Rhone as if expected from what I understand to be an old school producer. Didn't have a chance to come back to it after it opened a while.

Jul 22nd, 2017A fine wine but a reminder of how not to search for value. I love Beaujolais, Vouvray and Chinon as the finest wines of each can be had for the $40 I paid here. Not so in Cornas. Lovey stuff but it will cost you...

Jun 6th, 2015This is really fantastic and Exactly what you want from this appellation. Comes off serious, ripe and full of savory complexity. Not too heavy nor overripe. This should age nicely but is already open and beautiful today. No carbonic character evident. Truly fantastic.
