2011 Vintage. Took about 3 hours to open up, but it was certainly worth it. Flowers, honeysuckle, and a hint of gasoline. High acid but not overwhelming. Bummed it's my last bottle

Absolutely love this food-friendly wine. Excellently paired with coq au Riesling. Balanced, fresh, and probably a bit too young too drink...but no regrets!
