Wowsers! Classic. The first Alsatian Grand Cru Schlossberg Vigneron and with good reason. Intensity and elegance. Under ripe tropical fruit for the win.

Petro, ripe pear and apple. Honey, lime, minerality, sweet corn and wet stone. M+ acid. M body, long finish and complex. No doubt an old world wine.

Nice to have 2012 and see how they drink in youth.

Delicious. Only got stony sip, but was impressed by the lazer beam of lemon with a stripe of honey, amazing acidity. The complete package.
