The minerality is pretty and gentle while the acid is perfectly mouth watering. Really classy wine.

Nov 12th, 2016This Riesling was made with grapes from biodynamic agriculture,. No machines were used in any stage of the winemaking.
Golden in color and Clean on the nose, with stone, clay, light diesel and minerals.
Medium bodied and 12.5% alcohol by volume.
Dry on the palate with a spicy and bitter finish. This is my first Alsace Riesling and this wasn't my favorite. Not a wine that can be drunk by itself.
I paired it with light seafood appetizers.

2012-petrol on nose; palate full of citrus & underripe apple/pear, waxy flowers; loads of minerality; nose delivers more than palate
