On the palate this is surprisingly tight and focussed, and very mineral, as well!
A smoky, sweaty, stony foundation give this wine quite a masculine and serious feel. Oh. And it’s dry. 👍🏻

Faboulus lavender and floral nose. Apple and orange on the palate. Medium alcohol and high acid. Lovely.

Dec 18th, 2015A happy accident. I ordered the Pinot Gris, this showed up on my doorstep. Crazy orange blossom and ripe white peach on the nose,nothing but green apple and limestone on the palate. Just ordered two more cases.
