Dr. Loosen
Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett Mosel Riesling
Stone fruits and pear on the nose. Tasted notes of lime, honey and a dash of passionfruit. Brilliant acidity with a persistent back palette finish. Crazy mouthfeel-almost has a soda/sparkling texture to it.

Aug 6th, 20162013, Dr. Loosen, Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Mosel, Riesling Kabinett. This is the good stuff. Tangerine, apricot, hint of tropical fruit, a little residual sugar and a bracing acidity. One of my favorite Rieslings and $20 at Costco!

Jul 25th, 2016Off-dry and a little effervescent, very fruity, stone fruit/peachy. A bit sweeter than I thought it would be.

Jul 24th, 2016Sure you've got your residual sugar with this one but the tropical fruits and fantastic mouthfeel makes it a fun refreshing Riesling even for the non-fans.
And if you're having Thai/Asian/spicy cuisine...don't even question it. This wine is all you'll ever want to drink with that food if you've paired it once.

Slightly effervescent. Very sweet. Might be better as a dessert wine rather than an aperitif.
