Light golden in color.

Nose of citrus, limes, green apples, light yeast, minerals, spices, herbs and earth.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity, and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with ripe lemons, apples, limes, brioche, spices, earth, apricots and light forest floor.

Nice length on the finish with limes and spices.

What a delicious 15 year old Vintage Champagne. Nicely balanced and elegant. Still showing lots of fruits.

Peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.

A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. Unfiltered.

12% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$125.

just started exploring Drappier. This one is nice, layered fruit and a nice bitterness at the end, very pleasing.

great density and depth in a wine that has super citrus and pear w a touch of brioche that remains classy and in no danger of decline. Very vinous. Lifted by acidity. Mousse is calm and in the background. Quite good.

パシッとしたミネラル。
果実味。少しブリオッシュ的なニュアンスも。
豪華絢爛。偉大だけど、もうちょっと地味で良いと思う。

Powerful yet refined! Tons of red fruit, brioche, honey, roasted nuts. Creamy texture with a good acidity to balance things out. Now THAT was fun!

Light yellow color. Nose of brioche, hazelnut, lime zest. Very fine (yet plenty) mousse. very tight in the mouth. Excellent as aperitif.
Would like to try it again in a few years.
